Desktop wallpaper programs

Can anyone suggest programs for applying a desktop background image as wallpaper?

 

I am looking for something that may be compatible with the Nova graphics card.

 

Some programs I have tried or are not compatible include:

 

Picdesk - Didier Mequignon

Deskpic - Norbert Marschalleck

Warp9 Control Panel

Cyrel Ambience
