I don't know if you're willing to pay a few bucks or so but I did find this on ebay. I don't think the price is too bad so you could reach platinum. Just trying to help but here you go:

 

eBay Auction -- Item Number: 140412426727 - also, the seller has a least one other auction of Club Nintendo coins so maybe check their other auctions.

I actually wrote to this guy asking about his "handling" charge per code, so it becomes $3 for 40 and $5 for 60.

 

I may have to go raiding again.

You're right that is some high shipping and I believe he messaged them to me but that's only if this is the same guy. I don't know now but I bought something similar a while back.
