Pioneer4x4 #1 Posted June 4, 2010 Alpha Beam with Ernie - Need Big Bird's Egg Catch - Have complete NIB Cookie Monster Munch - Have complete NIB Oscar's Trash Race - Need Pigs in Space - Have Cart only Snoopy and the Red Baron - Have Cart only Sorcerer's Apprentice - Need Ernie and Oscar I might get a loose NTSC cart and get a NIB PAL I also want to get a complete Snoopy or at least a manual. I have seen B/W and Color ones, I prefer color, but will take anything I can get. I might also ask Al to make a reproduction of Charlie Brown and Garfield. That would give me 9 and I can make them all in a 3x3 display. I would like them with decent-nice condition labels, not needed perfect, but not shredded or marked up either. Wickeycolumbus #2 Posted June 4, 2010 I might also ask Al to make a reproduction of Charlie Brown and Garfield. Unfortunately Charlie Brown has not been released, and I'm not certain it's legal to make Garfield reproductions Freely available unreleased children's games include: Bugs Bunny Donald Duck's Speedboat Dumbo's Flying Circus Grover's Music Maker Miss Piggy's Wedding Monstercise Snow White By the way, what is this B/W Snoopy you speak of? I thought working if not complete roms have been found/released for both of them. I found on this site VERY nice labels that someone (I forget who) made for both of them. Are any of those games complete? Are there official or homebrew labels or overlays for them? As for b/w I meant black and white/grayscale instruction manual for Snoopy, I have seen it and a color one.

homerwannabee #5 Posted June 4, 2010 Not to burst your bubble, but Eli's Ladder, and Music Machine are also children's games.
kuifje76 #6 Posted June 4, 2010 I got this sticker, and luckily now all the games that are on there, I think that's the whole series brought out at that time. http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/65986-need-help-for-games-sticker-i-found-look/page__p__812319__fromsearch__1#entry812319

The Garfield ROM is out, but the company that owns the rights to it does not want reproductions to be sold. Dumbo, Donald Duck, and Bugs Bunny are complete. Not sure if Bugs Bunny was going to be an official part of the children's series though.

Not sure if Bugs Bunny was going to be an official part of the children's series though. I have it, I thought it was OK to make a cart for use on own equipment. Maybe I'll make my own and see if Al can print me labels! I didn't realize the others were complete, just not released. Is there artwork for any of them? A.J. Franzman #11 Posted June 4, 2010 There are more children's games by other makers too: Sneak'n Peek is video hide-and-seek. Was Frogs and Flies marketed as being for children? How about the Mythicon games?

Dittohead Servbot #24 #13 Posted June 6, 2010 I too want to get the Sesame Street and Snoopy games as well for both the Atari 2600 and NES. I was at first kinda afraid to admit that cuz I didn't want the rest of you to laugh or make fun of me...
Greg2600 #14 Posted June 7, 2010 (edited) Here's someone doing the Dumbo label and Bug's Bunny. Grover smaller label image. I had gathered a bunch of the custom cart labels for a blog post I made a couple years ago, but the resolution is not huge. All came from Atari age forums in one way or another. If you search you can find them, like these. Reproductions Marc O. made PS: As for what carts you can or cannot have Atari Age make, Al would be the one to decide on that. Technically it's not legal to reproduce any game and sell it. However, the owner of a prototype, such as Garfield, have NO rights or say whatsoever over who can or cannot reproduce a game. It's not the owner of the Garfield prototype, it's Paws Inc., the company that owns Garfield. DickNixonArisen #16 Posted June 7, 2010 That's actually really cool that they did that. Does the most commonly distributed ROM of garfield actually have that modified code? Has anyone actually made one that does?
Skylark68 #17 Posted June 7, 2010 I think many if not most games back then had "variations suitable for young children." Do those count?
Peter Engelbrite #18 Posted June 7, 2010 I have an unopened Music Machine 2600 - Is this something you would like to add to a children's games collection? Actually I posted the scan of it at Atari Age years ago.

Actually I posted the scan of it at Atari Age years ago. It's definitely worth A LOT of money. Partially sealed ones sold for over $5000 each recently. Pioneer4x4 #20 Posted June 14, 2010 I was originally meaning the Atari Childrens collection. I like the label style and I want to make a display of those carts. SO I think these are the officially released carts that have completed labels http://www.atariage.com/label_page.html?LabelID=13 I might pick up the couple I need loose and get the pal CIB for the overlay and instructions.
