I suppose it's the one that is only shown disassembled, from the inside? It's impossible to tell from those pics, but it looks like the right circuit board. However, there are lots of other carts with that board and it is possible to install an EPROM and the necessary inverter under the shielding.

thanks everyone - I'll post when i get it - how to you find out if the prom/eprom is correct?

Probably the first thing you should look for is if there are ANY signs that the cart ever had (Atari original) labels -- Pepsi Invaders did not! Beyond that, you'll have to examine the board to be sure there's nothing there that doesn't belong, including peering in from the ends of the shielding to be sure there's nothing hidden under or on top of the ROM chip.

It would be pretty hard to squeeze the inverting logic under the shield ;) As long as it's a mask ROM, it's legit.
