Not me, but you can try http://www.rentacoder.com -- My friend recommended them to me and I've now used them about 6 or 7 times. I love it.

 

You need to register.. it's free. You can then post a bid. In the bid you describe what you need. From there you say how much you're willing to pay up to. You can select mature countries (ie: USA who's work might cost more) or other countries (ie: Ukraine where work might be cheaper). I usually stay away from the Indians (ie: India), but I've done work with one guy in the Ukraine a few times, and one from Denmark or something I believe. You can see their reviews and see who speaks English.

 

My friend had a whole website designed similar to Facebook for $200! What a great price.
