What happened to the SIO2SDs?

I just wondered where people are getting their SIO2SD PCBs from these days. None on eBay (although they were too pricey for my tastes anyway), and Pigula appears expired or in exile. Plain boards are most desirable but my enquiries are met with silence. Do any exist?
