Inky #1 Posted November 19, 2002 We already have a list for the best games, but which ones score high on the 'one-more-go' list? I'd say that the three most addicting games IMHO are Circus KaBoom and SuperBreakout (esp. the progressive rounds)
Xot #2 Posted November 19, 2002 Definately Challenge by Zellers (AKA My Way). I think I'm the only one here who likes this game, though. Kaboom, of course. I find Skeleton to be terribly addictive. I would add Dragster to the list as well. When you've got two live players, Activision Boxing gets hard to put down too.
joeybastard #3 Posted November 19, 2002 Definetely Kaboom and Circus. I'll add: Pressure Cooker Hero (I CAN"T GET PAST LEVEL 14!!!)
Jacob Marley #4 Posted November 19, 2002 Armor Ambush if you have a second player who can play well. After that, Ms Pac-Man and Joust.
Kripto #5 Posted November 19, 2002 I find Adventure, Demon Attack and Yar's Revenge to be the ones that call out to me timie and time again. I feel Demon Attack could use more variety in the different waves though.
Witchfynde #6 Posted November 19, 2002 The Telesys game Ram It can be VERY addictive...if you know how to play: you're in the middle, colorful bars come towards you, and you have to shoot 'em back; unfortunately none of my friends liked it, as they'd give it a shot, shoot around on all sides, and die. What you have to do is clear out an entire side first, then go for the other side. If the bars reach the middle, you have to keep one or two "alive" until it blinks; when it does, your "ramrod's" laser can pass through it, and then you can shoot it. Pressure mounts when there's grown bars from both sides that have reached the middle, blocking your access to the rest of the screen, where bars you can't reach/shoot are blinking like crazy...and meanwhile there's only seconds left ticking away until you die... Big Player #21 Posted November 20, 2002 Marble Craze--any time the 2600 is turned on, I have to play this game. Made it up to the Video Pinball level, where my game quickly ends. HERO--best game for the 2600 anyway. Private Eye--I'm not always in the mood for this game, but when I am, I play for hours. Entombed--I wish the difficulty didn't ramp so severely (best score is 30) but the game is fun and underrated.

Pitfall! and Pitfall II (maxing scores on both cured me)
