Say dash, do you have any idea how long it takes stuff to travel from Germany to the United States? I've done two deals recently (including one with an AA member) that are over a week+ old now, and I presume airmail should have made it from there to here in that time or less. I hope that all arive good for you. @dash Du kannst ROMs dumpen für Atari 2600 VCS? Was braucht man den dazu? Woher bekome ich die Geräte? Hätte nämlich auch einige interesante Spiele. Eckhard Stolberg #12 Posted November 24, 2002 Since MattyXB's question was in German, my answer will be too. Wenn du ein 7800 hast oder dir eins besorgen kannst, dann ist das ganz einfach. Die nötigen Programme und Anleitungen kannst du auf meiner Homepage finden. Das ist allerdings alles auf Englisch. Falls du damit Probleme hast, kannst du dich gerne per E-Mail melden. Der Umbau einer PAL Konsole ist sogar noch einfacher als in der Anleitung beschrieben, denn die meisten haben den BIOS-Chip schon gesockelt. Da müsstest du dann höchstens noch eine Lötbrücke umsetzen. Dann musst du dir nur noch ein einfaches Kabel löten, was für dich als Elektroniker sicher kein Problem ist, und das neue BIOS auf ein EPROM brennen. Wenn du keinen eigenen EPROM-Brenner hast, dann kann dir vielleicht Jahfish weiter helfen. Jedenfalls hatte er ihn bis vor kurzem nicht. Er hat sich bei Thurst + wohl nur um die Lable und Verpackung gekümmert. Vielleicht bekommt man sowas auch mal irgendwo. Sonst erst mal Danke für die Hilfe. Oder könnte ich ein gebranntes EPROM auch bei jemand kaufen, womit ich es dann machen könnte? Oder könntes Du mir sowas (Ein fertiges Atari 7800 zum ROMdumpen)verkaufen, für ein guten Preis. Dann weis ich auch, daß es funktionieren würde. Well, we probably know most of them in pirated form, but not the Homevision versions - I think.
