Don't know, but I sold my copy http://search.ebay.de/160453814117 recently to a buyer from NJ for EUR 17.29 plus shipping (registered air mail costing EUR 2.05 more than the unregistered EUR 6.00, EUR 0.30 for packing/handling).

 

Seems I should more often sell my stuff on ebay.com instead of ebay.de .
