FS: anyone interested in 1Mb RAM ICs

I have for sale about 96 qty Mitsubishi M5M4100BP-10 DRAM chips, new old stock, never used, at $2.00 each, qty 8 minimum.

 

You need qty 8 to make 1Megabyte of ram.

 

Works great in some Amiga RAM boars, most of them need qty 16 for total of 2MB.

 

Also, I have some static ram hy51c1002LS
