Does anyone know if theres a 7 pin Din composite to a 15 pin vga cable or adapter?

 

I know someone that wants to hook there standalone ADAM upto a modern monitor.

If the video output is composite/s-video you should use a the standard cable along with a composite/s-video -> VGA converter like this:

I don't think its really S-video since it has 7 pins and ones for audio. It normally leads out to two rca/phono plugs for composite.

 

So the vga plug would be present and one rca plug for audio would be present.

Is this the connector were talking about? I'm not sure as my Adam is not right at hand.

 

If so, you're going to need a composite->VGA conversion device.

Yes that's the mini din.

I was hoping just a special cable would be all thats needed, I guess not..
