kgenthe #2 Posted August 11, 2010 (edited) I have never seen this box before is that the european release or was it released here in USA for a short time before they changed the box artwork? eBay Auction -- Item Number: 130418463408 I believe in the past it has been determined that the EU release got that artwork, while the US release received a more boring cover. The only Jag release with different artwork for different territories. And no, it's not worth $80 and it's not particularly rare (just uncommon, there are quite a few eBay auctions with the EU artwork). ovalbugmann #3 Posted August 11, 2010 Yes, Kgenthe is right. I picked up a Euro PDR sealed on ebay.co.uk for about $25.00 USD. That was about a year ago tho. It's got much better artwork.

The_Laird #5 Posted August 11, 2010 This topic has been brought up loads of times over the years on here. The wierdest thing about the 2 different boxes is that the Pal version features a Japanese car, the Toyota Celica, while the NTSC version strangely features a British car, the Ford Sierra RS Cosworth, that wasn't even in the game or sold outside of Europe!!! +orpheuswaking #6 Posted August 11, 2010 I own the US Version of PDR, but being from the UK originally I would love to get a Euro boxed version, however I'm not paying stupid prices for one LOL
82-T/A #7 Posted September 2, 2010 This is BY FAR, one of my favorite games for the Jaguar. I have this game on the PC as well, and it appears to be a little bit different. In the PC version, there's additional things you can do. There's an option where you can test drive ANY car you want (from the ones that are available in the game) on a track. You don't get points or anything else for that matter, but it's fun to just test them out. I think there's also like a test driver edition where they have you do a couple of tests (although I don't remember for the life of me). I have it on CD for the PC, but I haven't played it in a long time. The Jaguar version is good, and the graphics appear to be identical really... I just wonder why they didn't include that extra feature on the Jag version.
