Anyone interested in NTSC versions of these games ?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I want to know if there are enough people who may be interested in NTSC versions of these PAL - only games.

I have only PAL originals of these games, but if there are enough people interested I may organize the production of NTSC carts. These games could be sold with their uk (english) package+manual in North America for maybe $10-$15.Depends on how difficult it is to make a new cart.

The games are Pick n Pile , Ghostbusters 2 , My Golf , Acid Drop and Fatal Run.

I think Fatal Run would be difficult , because it´s a 32K cart , but NTSC versions of the other games are possible.

Some of the SALU games already contain EPROMs on the carts. It should be possible to change them.

I also have enough other carts which are already on EPROMs.

What I need :

-someone who can change the games to NTSC (with correct colors).I have no NTSC system etc.

- and I must know if there are people interested.

I may send all the carts+boxes etc. to ATARIAGE and they may sell the games since sending single games from Europe is expensive (at least $4 for one game - very slow).

You may see my list of PAL games in the marketplace forum , maybe there are other PAL-only games which could be converted.

That shouldn't be a big problem. ;)

If the games are sold as a group, and if they are relatively inexpensive as a group, I think they might be a market.

Best of luck.

Ghostbusters 2 and My Golf have already been converted to NTSC by Thomas Jentszch. The other three have not ..
