It is no longer being produced, so it is not available anywhere. You might find someone willing to sell you a used Redemption adapter, but at this time that's the only way you'll find them.

Yep, we just had a discussion in another thread about this....in which I basically beg for it to be re-released. I was lucky and a nice forum fellow traded me his, but I wouldn't mind another one myself.
