Pioneer4x4 #1 Posted August 20, 2010 Is the instructions and overlays (if included) any different on PAL and US NTSC games? Every now and then I see stuff like this on ebay 7 pal NIB for $30: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 310242773490 And it might be a good way to get the manuals and overlays for those games. Fr0st #2 Posted August 20, 2010 I'd snap these up in a second, if it wasn't for the fact that the postage to Ireland costs more than $30.

It depends on the title. For this particular auction (if this thread gets moved to the auction forum, you'll know why), the US version of Alpha Beam with Ernie has a different box than the International version; red box Pole Position is PAL only; and Kung Fu Superkicks has a blue box and a black box release - I think the blue might have been Telegames and the black Telegames UK, although I have the black box version and it has an NTSC cart. endrien #5 Posted August 20, 2010 (edited) I'd snap these up in a second, if it wasn't for the fact that the postage to Ireland costs more than $30. The shipping is only 6$ here to canada, though I don't have a pal console. Would they still be worth getting? Edited August 20, 2010 by endrien

So if I bought them and got them shipped to you, would you do a better price shipping to Europe?

It was showing the US cost because my ebay was signed out.
Philflound #8 Posted August 21, 2010 I have most of these games, but would love to get the Pole Position. I'm tempted. Phil

I have the black box copy as well and I was told it was NTSC when I bought it but, it wont fit in my 2600 console. Any ideas?
Pioneer4x4 #11 Posted July 12, 2012 I remember hearing that some newer consoles have trouble with some carts. (newer=30 years ago, not 35...)
