Videogamecollector123 #8 Posted August 25, 2010 Wow, you'd think even someone with out a clue would realize there were more then 10 games made for the Atari.
Rik #9 Posted August 25, 2010 This is solid proof how some folks have no clue, especially the ones that are claiming the Atari 2600 is extremely rare, so that justifies selling a loose mint 2600 for some I've seen for over $400.00!!, on Ebay. , for just the console and a couple common games. And the clueless or the filthy rich are the ones that pay those insane prices, i might add. +thanatos #11 Posted August 25, 2010 Since his prices on his other items aren't off the charts, my guess is he's kidding. I read that as complete sarcasm.

+save2600 #13 Posted August 25, 2010 (edited) Reminds me of the late 80's, early 90's when you'd bring up Atari. Soooooo many people would say: "yeah, I had every game ever made for it". Prying a little further, you'd discover they had all but maybe 30 titles. Funny how after you'd tell 'em there were hundreds upon hundreds of games made, they'd just stare at you mouth agape. lmao But yeah, maybe he ingeniously wrote the subject heading purposely like that to get people to look. Rik #15 Posted August 26, 2010 (edited) Coming to think of it, maybe to HIM it's the best Atari games collection in California, maybe that's what he meant, but to the seasoned collector like most here, it's a bunch of commons and a pittance compared to how many Atari games were put out altogether. When you print "best collection of Atari games in California", you expect to see more than 9 GAMES! Still a misleading advertisement. You have to advertise accurately or you just throw off folks instead of attract. And yes, more than likely just clueless.
