Hmmm I have a Sio2IDE 3.3a in a Cigar Box. Use that thing EVERY day. Never had one issue with that Atmel ever. Is that a specific Sio2SD weakness? I just wish he'd stop task switching while the chip is flashing... aha... we see visual evidence of the SD card. This is much better than Big Brother or The X-Factor. My memory may be fuzzy, but I don't recall messing around in the lower (EEPROM) window on the 3 or 4 occasions I've flashed these Atmega32s.
