G2F not saving in .xex

Recommended Posts

Strange, strange is little saiyng...

I noticed somne time ago that in all Public stores I sometimes go to acess Web, I never get possibility to save in .xex.

It always saves in all tjis files type: .all, .scr, .fnt (and not what I really wanted, just a simple .xex, because that's WHAT I've choose on the Menu.

This Week-end I was on the Streets and enter on a Web access store.

A have a message that I want to answer. I need to seend an Image. Because I have it on one of my Mails (in .g2f) format I Load G2F, Load .g2f, do some changes and save it again to .g2f.

Today I ressurect it at my Home on G2F and it not save into .xex (all others like .g2f, .fnt, .bmp,... and so on work correctly).

I Load G2F Full version and Lite again from their Site, replace and the same happened.

What I thought?

O.k., just Load a .bmp picture and save it as .xex. It work.

Again I tried to save that one .g2f into .xex, but instead of creating a new one, it will replace a .xex (some old thing, not usefull anymore) I have on Disk.

Do you know what happened? It not saves? Yes and No! It simply erase that .xex file.

Now I am at my Computer and G2F, and what I have?

Give a name to a .xex not save anything

Replace some pre-existing .xex it erase it and nothing (no new nor the old)

Anyone ever get this.

Load new G2Fs. I've already done...

Help me or I will get Mad this time.

Thanks.

José Pereira.

I discouver that all files work properly and save at any possible format at .g2f.

Only this one from the week-end that not save as .xex or simply erase other, if I try to fool G2F and save it on another .xex File.

How will I get this G2F again, without having to re-done all again...

What it have inside .g2f file that turn into this Nightmare?

Help needed!...

José Pereira.
