Pioneer4x4 #1 Posted September 7, 2010 I can't find the thread from a while back about frying so I started a new one. I was kicking around the idea of making a button for frying that is safe for the atari. I think I was told you need to take power from the ram, but leave the CPU running? Can anyone chime in and offer pointers?
+GroovyBee #2 Posted September 7, 2010 Write an application that writes random bytes to random memory locations into the game's binary ROM file and try it on your favourite emulator. No chance of any carts or systems being harmed then.
Rex Dart #3 Posted September 12, 2010 Would it be possible to rig something up through a 7800's expansion port?
+GroovyBee #4 Posted September 12, 2010 Would it be possible to rig something up through a 7800's expansion port? Nope! You don't have access to the address and data bus on that port.
