Dragster by Activision - Very Cool !

This game is difficut and addictive. My best times are in the high 7's but 50% of the time I take off before the clock counts to 0 or blow and engine ! What fun ! Such a creative game. If you have never played this, try it !

Thanks for the link !, interesting discussion on Dragster back in March. Certainly most topics on the 2600 have been discussed before, but many are worth discussing again !

I just can't get the hang of the controls. They are so MEGA FREAKIN' touchy. If I just sit down and get determined to do it, I can get in a groove and play, but usually I just get mad and slam my head into the wall.

Man, I remember buying this new at Woolco......The hours I spent playing this game I remember holding the stick to the left and almost redlining so when the light was green, just let go of the stick and shift like hell. You can easily pick up a second or more by doing that.

Oh yeah absolutely Don't get me wrong.. I'm not one of those guys who are out to say "we've talked about this before" etc. But rather, I'm pointing out the thread you might find of interest Cool thing about message boards is a post from months before can be responded to thus always keeping the discussion going
