This cracks me up. I assume the daisy print wheel actually went with the Adam printer but having never owned any coleco products I don't really have an idea. I just wonder how old the person is who is selling it that they have no idea what a daisy print cartridge is.

You are correct on what it is... Let's put it in perspective though. A lot of todays youth know of only inkjet and laser printers. the character based printers (daisy wheel, band, chain, etc.) are effectively antiques in their mind.

 

Either that or they are just scamming, but the price isn't crazy and their other items look like they were in a lot of other stuff. Strikes me as a junk dealer more than anything else.

I guess if you never looked at an old printer closely you might not know. But you'd think the letters might give him the idea that it's for a printer.

You know. I may just buy that. I like to take weird things like that and buy a cheap clock somewhere and make my own custom clocks. Use to do that with old hubcabs I found.
