Either that or somebody really really didn't want to be bothered paying by check or money order to get a new one directly from Schell's for about $80 less. That's the only explanation I can think of. At that price, they could have gotten a new CC3 as well as new copies of Intellivision Lives! and Intellivision Rocks! and still had money left over.
