Black and White cartridge labels?

After receiving my 2600 and 7800 games from Atari Age complete with awesome colour labels I am dissapointed that offical Atari 7800 games only have black and white labels - cheap cost saving measure?

The original 1986 releases were the only ones with black and white labels, and yes, it was done to save costs.
