Goochman #2 Posted December 1, 2002 The ST has a cart port but is wont handle 8bit carts. You're only bet at running 8bit software on the ST is with STXFormer which is slow and not very compatible (Though Donky Kong works slowly ) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
AtariDude #3 Posted December 1, 2002 I remember having the ST Xformer. It was nice to be able to use my old software on it but it was not particularly fast so I only ran programs that did not need a lot of speed (basic games and paint programs, etc).
