Can't remember name of arcade game, HELP!

You controlled a clown on a unicycle at the bottom of the screen and balloons fell from the top and you had to stack them on your head without letting any hit the ground. What was it called?

If it included Pac-Man characters in addition to the balloons, it was Kick Man. Kick was supposedly the first version of the game.
