LOL. That was funny.

 

I remember being insulted by those commercials, as a 2600 kid.

 

Then, I remember when the M-Network Baseball and Real Sports games came along, I felt somehow proud of my 2600.

It really is unfair to compare a screen shot of INTV baseball with Jaguar VR Baseball with Cybermorph Extasy Game Supplements. Boy, it was sure eays to "Avoid the Ground" when I was on those things! WoooOOoo!

BTW, the kid is Elliot from E.T., which Atari owned the game rights to, so it's a bit of a dig against Atari to have him in the commercial.
