Mystery cart in system manual!

This would make a good contest, except that I don't know what it is This picture is in a 1983 Rev. 1 system manual. The cover has a picture of a 2600 'vader' system. On the back, it's referred to as the CX2600AR.

It look like a silver lable from Atari, but I have found no cartridge which look likes this?

It's not Battlezone or Slot Racers. Maybe it's artwork for a non 2600 game (5200, 7800, 400/800, arcade)?

I don't know what it is, but that's the same art as is on the Atari 5200 Countermeasure cart.

I thought it was one of the swooping ships from galaxian...

Countermeasure was a pretty decent 5200 game. It seems as though it wouldn't be too difficult to make a 2600 version. Of course what do I know.
