FS: 32 in LCD HDTV by Element

Recommended Posts

For sale is an ELEMENT Electronics 32 inch LCD HDTV, S/N ELCHW321.

My own personal opinion, Element is a great, trustable brand. I have recommended this brand to friends and family. We have had this particular TV for 6 months, and liked it so much that we decided to get a 42 inch Element TV, the reason we are selling this one.

This TV is 720p, but can display up to 1080i which is what we use for games and movies via XBOX 360, and looks AMAZING.

When you go into stores and look at all of the TV's, a lot of them have that grainy picture quality. Not this one.. the image is crisp, vivid, great color and black is actually black.

At first I was iffy on getting a 720p instead of 1080p, but honestly, I cannot tell the difference with this set, and neither will your guests.

This TV is great for just about everything, but I was very impressed how well a lot of my older gaming systems looked on this TV. Everything from the Atari 2600 and up looks superb. There is also a special feature that allows you "squish" the viewing area down to fullscreen view instead of widescreen for your older videos/ games that wont look so good stretched out.

Below is a list of what you get, and features of the set.

-Comes with the original box it came in.

-Comes with documents and manuals.

-Comes with original remote and papers.

-Comes with original stand so that you do not have to mount it on a wall.

*2 HDMI

*2 Component

*VGA (for using as a computer moniter)

*Coaxial

*S-Video

*Antenna (VCR or older gaming system)

I bought this TV brand new less than half a year ago, and it has not moved from its spot. It is still in the same condition it was when it came out of the box brand new. The price was $389, so I am taking $149 off, so $250 is the price. Feel free to make an offer, just please DONT waste my time with low ball offers, I am not getting rid of this TV for $100.

If you have any questions, email me. Serious offers only, please. PLEASE leave your name, and a phone number I can reach you at, and the best time of day to reach you in your email!

Thanks for looking!

Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention, the TV comes with a black TV stand with glass doors and shelves that I will throw in for free.

Thats a nice tv, but I gotta ask..in Michigan would you do a trade?

We are really looking for the money to pay bills. We want to get at least $200 out of it, since it is reasonably new, comes with everything like the day we got it, and Im throwing in the tv stand for free.

I might consider a trade, but it really depends. Nothing classic video game related I'm afraid, I am really trying to narrow my collection down.. over the past year I sold off my Intellivision collection and almost all of my classic computers :(

I would trade for any one of the following:

XBOX 360 slimline console with at least 1 controler. Working, please.

PS3 slim model with at least one controler, maybe a blu ray/ game or two. Working!

2 or 4 leather theatre style chairs

Faux leather klick-klack, or any nice quality Futon/ Klick-klack/ Sleeper Sofa

Enough black and white checkered tiles (and the adhesive) to re-floor half of my basement, plus a gallon bucket of rum burst coloured paint by behr.

(that last one was a joke, I doubt anyone will randomly have that :D)

$200 final offer.

Its a pretty nice TV, you probably wont find one any cheaper any where. Its practically brand new, comes with everything, and a free TV stand.

If you live in MI or OH and know somebody looking for a TV, now is your/ their chance to get a good, decent sized HD for a pretty low price, plus a free stand.

I suggest putting it on Craigslist, and you will probably sell/trade it ASAP. Where do you live? I am in Cleveland, Ohio and would buy it if you're close.

Hehe, it has been on CL for about three days. When you post stuff on there, you start to realize just how stupid some people are! So far no serious offers, but though I clearly put, at the top of the ad, "PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR NAME AND A NUMBER, AND THE BEST TIME I CAN GET AHOLD OF YOU OR I WILL NOT REPLY", yet I have had about 5 emails that just say "iNtersted in your tV". Meh.

I would be more than happy to sell you the TV, but you probably dont want to drive 3 hours out to get it. I mean, I could sell it for $200 and throw in the TV stand, but thats the absolute lowest I could go since I paid about $430-ish for the TV and the stand when we got it. ..and I have some stacking debt I need to pay off :(

CL (Craigslist) = retards. Least common denominator. The people, who in the 90's, you prayed would never afford a computer, let alone a cell phone. Now they can (barely) and they do (hardly). Wash. Rinse. Repeat. Craigslist.

Does your TV have Composite input and output like stated on here on the manufactures website?

Yeah, I've dealt with my fair share of Craigslist retards. It's especially painful having to give them directions to your house, and they call 2 or 3 times, lost, trying to find your house. Most of them are too dumb to plug your address into MapQuest and print it out before they leave, and a few had GPS's but didn't bring them?!?! You'd think someone using CL would learn how to use MapQuest or Google Maps or actually keep their GPS in their car where it belongs.

Too bad you're not within an hour of me; I'd definitely buy it, but maybe if you email some of those CL people back, you might sell it. Some people are afraid of phone calls for some reason.
