NES RGB/PPU mod

I want to get my NES modded to output RGB and have read up on a mod that uses the PPU from a Playchoice 10 board. I have a spare NES and a Playchoice 10 board, so now I just need to find someone who knows how to mod it for me. I would be willing to pay for the service of course. Does anyone have experience with the NES PPU mod?

From what I have read it screws some of the colors up.

I modded mine. It's pretty labor intensive, but totally worth it. The only color it messes up is maroon. Everything maroon becomes pink, so things like level 2 of Castlevania look interesting, but for 95% of the games you don't even notice. The increase in clarity more than makes up for it.

 

I'll be happy to help you out by giving you tips, steering you in the right direction, etc., but I won't do the mod for you (just wanted to throw that out there before you ask.)
