AtariSociety #1 Posted October 27, 2010 Two questions about Odyssey 2. Purchased a used The Voice and works fine. Seems like a real PITA to remove The Voice from the cartridge port when done with it. Is there a trick that one does to make it slide off easier? I had to jimmy hear and there on each side to get it up and out and was afraid I would break something. So, any tricks on how to do this would be sweet. 2nd, what programming language was used to write Odyssey 2 games? Are there apps and such for folks to make HomeBrew games for Odyssey 2? Thomas I thought you were just supposed to leave it there, why would you need to take it off?
AtariSociety #4 Posted October 28, 2010 I thought you were just supposed to leave it there, why would you need to take it off? The cubby hole the console fits in is not large enough to fit it when installed. So, wanted to slip it off and slip The Voice in another cubbie. That was the goal. I can leave in on the the Odyssey on the floor but I like storing things away when done and you should see my gaming room mess. tj
