Multi-Carts Allowed for ColecoVision Twingalaxies submissions

While searching for Multi-Cart information I came across this thread, which I found interesting.

I says that the 128-1 and SD Multi-Carts are allowed for Twin Galaxies High Score Submissions.

 

This could make things interesting for records held on expensive/rare cartridges.
