Non-standard SIO device codes

To my knowledge, Atari has defined five SIO devices:

 

$31 - disk drive

$40 - printer

$4F - expansion module

$50 - RS-232

$60 - cassette recorder

 

I also know of five non-standard ones:

 

$45 - APE Time

$5A - ATR8000

$70 - Atari ASPI http://www.mathyvannisselroy.nl/aspi.htm

$70 - SIO2USB

$72-$75 - SIO2SD

 

I want to put together a list of them, so that new ones could be defined with minimized risk of a conflict with older devices (such as between SIO2USB and ASPI). So, does anyone of you know a device already existing and defined, which is not listed above? Thanks in advance.

I've come across a few but don't think I saved them or the links.

 

It'd be handy to have a full list, and also have it include the commands for the legacy mods like Happy, USD etc. as well as the modern ones like APE and SIO2SD.

According to this PDF SDrive uses $71-$74.

In AtariSIO I use $61 ('a') for the remote control feature.

That's incomplete information. DDEVIC is $71-$74, but what's DUNIT? If it is $00, this means $70-$73. If it is $01, it means $71-$74.
