Mega 2 vs Mac SE commercial

Does anyone actually remember seeing an Atari ST TV ad here in the US? I remember a handful of 2600, 7800, and 8-bit ads, but never one for the ST.

I honestly can't say I've ever seen an ST TV ad. Just the random 1/4-size paper ad in a computer mag and that was mostly by the time the 1040 came out. Don't remember seeing anything about any model ST afterwards either and I subscribed to and/or read plenty of computer and gaming mags. Wasn't even aware there were things called a Mega or Falcon until the early 2000's (thanks to the internet). lol

Gosh guys, I'm here in Eastern Kentucky, where the Saturday morning

cartoons come in on Sunday, and I can remember seeing several 8bit

and ST commercials... :)

I saw 2 or 3 in the middle of the day after the noon newscast on our local independent station. In other words, when no one was watching. That's about it. I'm pretty sure it's the 520STFM commercial.

Print ads ran more often, but it was like 1 every 2-3 years! :(
