rhindlethereddragon #1 Posted November 27, 2010 I saw this film on youtube a while back that was absolutely brilliant, about the history of atari (or video games), and one thing I can remember is that "there is a legend that a programmer went insane and disappeared, never to be seen again, and on his workstation was the completed code for ET" Sorry, I don't remember much else, but it was done like a serious documentary. Anyone know what youtube video this is??

Anyone know what youtube video this is?? I remember it looked like a real legit documentary, but in the opening credits it said something that made it look like a PBS special, but it said something like "Public Misinformation Station" or something. I still can't find it.
Atari Joe #3 Posted November 30, 2010 Here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0QGMmel1Bg It's not a complete parody, it talks real Atari history and the 2600 and build up to the 5200 and the atari video system x, but's also a throwback to early 80s PBS camp and has silliness in it. I know because I was in it too. The narration is meant to be like nickelodeon pete and pete. Hope you enjoy it!

Pure genius, one of the greatest Youtube videos I've ever seen. Would love to see more videos in the same style and with the same type of narration.

My video is up there too with my interviews from Bo Peep Show. Yes Pete & Pete is what he was going for, that's what he told me. Happy to hear that you'd love to see more videos in the same style because they are in the works they just take A LOT of time to make. Also cartoons are being made that are very ridiculous but funny I think you will enjoy them Thanks again
