There have been a few sales, like the $2,500 Jungle Hunt, and a couple others that were pretty jaw dropping. Even the Super Series - I told my Pops that I thought it would sit for a while at $900, and very quickly discovered that I was wrong. Then again, I’m terrible at predicting what things will go for these days! I don’t remember what we paid for our sealed GF Melody - I think my dad bought that one a long time ago. The other thing I’ve noticed is that it seems that eBay no longer differentiates between OBO listings that sold for full price, and listings in which an offer was accepted. If think mint should hit at least $200-350. Super Cobra was historically $100-150. There are a few that sold recently. Both were listed around $300, but offers were accepted. I'd say $150-250 on that one. Congo Bongo prices have been erratic lately. Up until recently, it was hovering from $200-350, but in the last 3 years it has ranged from $200-1500. Personally, I think a decent copy would fetch $400-800 these days.
