It's basically just the first person who is lucky enough to see a listing by a seller who has no idea what they have.You will see nearly every game regardless of rarity eventually come up for a bin at a steal of a price....no way you can count these towards fmv. There's no indication either in the pictures or description that the cart is actually in that one. For all anyone knows, it's just an empty box. I can see a lot of people taking a pass on something like that. If it were a Spiker box, that'd be a whole different story But I'm not sure that I'd risk $30+shipping on what could end up being a pretty beat up box.
