One is the Basic cartridge with a tape.

The sealed one is a storage tape. Or better, two of them.

Oops, I misread it the first time.  Prior posts corrected.

Haha!  ;)

What do you think?  $10,000?  Probably as high as I would go.

(kidding).

Just a heads up that I originally mis-posted that there were 2 Basic Cartridges.  Instead, there is 1 CIB Basic Cartridge and 1 Sealed Basic Cassettes box (with 2 "blank" tapes).

Damn,I got out bid by $5. bucks!

Joking!😄

Hihi,

I did play like a little mosquito from $200 to 350€, (hoping to be overbidded).

But the Blues Brothers are always right: when the going get tough the tough get going

and the mosquitos squashed 😅

So who won Geography Challenge?  Anyone want to own up to it?  ;-)

I recognize the bidder ID.  Pretty sure it’s one of the big players on here but not the one I thought it’d be.

Don't worry about me too much because I either always forget or the notification comes in when I'm in a meeting.

:)

I could bid on one of these but I would have to cancel my Amico order.  Pretty sure I will get more enjoyment out of the Amico.  Was fascinating to watch the offers go up in the last few minutes.

I am expecting some high bidding on the one Basic Cartridge.  All of the tape programs currently up for auction require the cartridge to funtion.

As a point of reference, I sold (at auction) a shrink-wrapped Jack LaLanne cassette for just over $1K two years ago. It went to the UK.

Do you really expect that the games will be ever used?

Then he should have placed the Basic Cartridge auction as the last one ending...

Those actually come up more often than most. I have sealed and CIB. Probably the easiest of the KC things to find. I hope it doesn't cost you $10K. 😂

That would be me Steve , Decle persuaded me not to use take the wrap off to test it in the kc as we had no other cassettes at the time.

Luckily got another jack few months later and the French

Never imagined the geography cassette would go for so much ....
