RetroGamerVX
Hello there peops, I've just done a bit of a comedic review of the Atari 2600 Vadar from 1981 on YouTube. I have a scene spoofing the opening scenes from Star Wars and a light sabre fight with a phoenix. Can you have a look and tell me what you think please: YouTube video Steve
SlowCoder
Good video overall. Can't complain too much, except that the video seemed a bit slower than necessary. Maybe could condense the content closer to 10-12 minutes without losing the important information and humor. 1. Vader joysticks are different in that the arrows/markers around the stick are black, rather than yellow/orange, as in older models. 2. I believe the pot you said is a tuning pot is actually for color adjustment.

Im just greatful its scripted...nothing worse that a tech review on youtube thats unrehersed and unedited.... you know know what Im talking about... Today....um....were going to.....um....talk about the [insert device].....yeah.....so....um....lets take it apart...(tear down footage of EVERY screw being undone to explanations like "um...." and "uh.....") Cynicaster
The misspelling of "Vader" cuts the impact in half.
SlowCoder
The misspelling of "Vader" cuts the impact in half. You noticed that too? I forgot to mention that. Another observation ... this guy has only 2 posts here at AA. Both of them are requests to review and comment on his vids, with no responses to our reviews. Not sure if he's just trying to get his YouTube views up or what.
JPjuice23
Yeah I didn't really like it, simply because you said it was funny. Had you just said a review of the Atari 2600, I'd think it would've been funny.
