Rush'N Attack: Ex-Patriot

I'm not really a Rush'N Attack fan but I'll definitely download the trial when this comes out. It was suppose to come out in Fall 2010. I wonder if it's coming out this week or if it got delayed. There's been zero word on the net I can find since the initial release info back in April.
