You'd have to set up an intermediary who's sole purpose is to distribute the items. You don't donate an item to Salvation Army then decide who gets to buy it and who doesn't. Having said that I also don't see why it SHOULD be enforced. It's up to the person giving away the items who gets them. Last time I gave away game codes I set a rule one to a person and they had to state "PM sent" in the thread. Gave as much of a shot to anyone as I could come up with. But that was MY rule. No one else has to do that. As a personal observation - most people give things away here because they can't sell them or can't be bothered to sell them. For me that means I just want to give it to someone. Bluntly... I want it gone and don't care how it goes or to whom. While there are a few that genuinely give away items to further the hobby - I've done this in past iterations of these threads - that is not the norm. 8 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Nobody seems to want to buy it, so I'm just going to give it away for the cost of shipping. I'll give the power and A/V cables and a copy of Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt.
