Odyssey 2 - No Video - Please Help

Currently I have Power, Gameplay, Sound, but no video. I get a black picture which tells me that the signal is getting to the TV but there is nothing in the signal.

It is the American NTSC Version. I have bypassed the RF Modulator by connecting RCA Connectors and I get the same problem. I reseated all the sockets ICs.

Let's troubleshoot:

 

Are there any bulging capacitors?

Obvious burn or scorch marks?

Anything look broken or not connected?

Is your cable the right form factor-- the right length of pin in the RCA jack?

Enough power going to the machine, the right Amperage and Voltage?

Do any of the things connected to the main chip look in rough shape or damaged?

Any water damage anywhere inside?

Any cracks on the board anywhere?

Have you checked your mod against others' mods, like here:

Check that power supply definitely, make sure it is putting in the right voltage and amperage, triple check it.
