Lookin' to buy a refurb 5200 controller

I was recommended The Goat Store to buy a 5200 controller. Sadly, it was not listed in the 5200 section. I emailed them to no response. Not a good first impression.

 

While I do have a 5200 controller I need to send off for a rebuilding, I can't find it anywhere in my house. heh. Either way, I would like a second controller. Anyone selling a refurbbed one for a decent price? I don't have paypal, but I can do a cashier's check.

If you do find that controller in your house, atari2600.com has an exchange program you could use. Send them yours plus $25(?) and they will ship you a refurbed one.

 

Otherwise, there is a post right here in the 5200 section about pc/5200 converters. If you don't have to have an official atari joystick, these work good.

 

I may be able to help you in a week or two. I just bought a rather large 5200 lot from another member and there may be more sticks in there then I need. If I end up with a nice extra, I will let you know.
