Karma #1 Posted January 2, 2011 I am experiencing a problem using paddle controllers with stella. The problem is the paddle speed is to high/sensitive. For Kaboom! the range of movement is less then half. I am using the stelladaptor, Mac OSX and Stella 3.3. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before. I have tried using a different set of paddles. Also this never used to be a problem, so their may be a problem with the stelladaptor or with stella 3.3. Also we tried this on a real 2600 with the same paddles and the same tv and the range of movement was double.

I've been away from Stella development for the past month or so, and I'm just seeing this now. I'll try to look into it sometime this week.

Unfortunately I found out on Tuesday that I needed immediate surgery on Thursday (yesterday). I've gotten though it, and before the painkillers kick in, I found time to answer messages on AtariAge (yes, I think it's a case of OCD or something ). Anyway, I'll have to push the paddle issue into next week or the one after, once I have time to recover.
