Underball #1 Posted January 11, 2011 is there anywhere around a list of which games that have save features are compatible with the Sega Everdrive SRAM save feature? I can't find one, but it would be nice to know which ones work before I get too deep into a game that won't save.
+thegoldenband #2 Posted January 11, 2011 I have a PDF which lists all the games whose save systems aren't compatible with the EverDrive, because they use serial EEPROM saving. It was made by EkeEke but I can't remember where I got it from, so I'll just copy the list out here: NBA Jam (UE)(J)Blockbuster World Video Game Championship II (U) (same game as below?) NBA Jam Tournament Edition (UE)(J) NFL Quarterback Club (JUE) NFL Quarterback Club 96 (UE) College Slam (U) Frank Thomas Big Hurt Baseball (UE) NHLPA Hockey 93 (UE) Rings of Power (UE) Evander 'Real Deal' Holyfield's Boxing (UE)(J) Greatest Heavyweights of the Ring (J)(U)(E) Wonder Boy in Monster World (UE) / Wonder Boy V - Monster World III (J) Sports Talk Baseball Megaman - The Wily Wars (E) / Rockman Mega World (J) [alt] ("NB: the original version of Rockman Mega World (J) uses traditional SRAM") Micro Machines 2 - Turbo Tournament (E) (J-Cart) Micro Machines Military (E) (J-Cart) Micro Machines Turbo Tournament 96 (E) (J-Cart) Brian Lara Cricket 96 Shane Warne Cricket As you can see, it's almost all sports games. There's a patch for Wonder Boy in Monster World, and for Megaman you can use the original version. I don't know if there are patches for Rings of Power or the Micro Machines games. Everything else should work fine AFAIK, but I should note that this list wasn't made specifically with the EverDrive in mind. Still, if it's not listed above, I think it's "expected" to be OK.
