slackerwithin #1 Posted January 12, 2011 Hello, Does anyone have an experience with this flash cart? I have heard mixed things. The 64 version might be more reliable. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

the.golden.ax #3 Posted January 12, 2011 I've got the 64 and it works great. I bought mine from Eric DeLee when he sold off his whole set. Tempest I think has the 128 and could never get it working IIRC. AX
slackerwithin #4 Posted January 12, 2011 Thank You. The save option on the 128 seem tempting. I don't hear many complaints about the 64. 128 seems to have issues.

slackerwithin #6 Posted January 12, 2011 I've got a 128 and have not had any issues with it. I should have mentioned I have a US Tg-16. What systems are you guys using with these cards?
the.golden.ax #7 Posted January 12, 2011 US Duo. AX
+remowilliams #8 Posted January 12, 2011 US Duo, TG16, and Turbo Express.
Arkhan #9 Posted January 12, 2011 The type of system (TG, PCE, CG, etc) won't really matter.
Hatta #10 Posted January 13, 2011 Yes, I have a 128+save card and turbo duo. It works, and with the recent menu it works better than ever. If anyone has had trouble with one of these cards, try it with the new programmer and menu software. One thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to use the save memory. I haven't gotten any help from the forums either. I tried loading the Ten No Koe bank rom on my flash cart, and it ran, but I couldn't copy anything from the console memory to the card. Has anyone done this successfully?
CGQuarterly #11 Posted January 13, 2011 I have the 64, and it always was a bit touchy but has recently stopped working altogether. The menu loads, but when I choose a game, it just freezes. Tried reformatting, etc, but it just won't work. Maybe I should try it on another computer. I e-mailed the foolios that make these things, but I was of course ignored. I wish someone more reliable, like Krikzz, made these. Chris

Ive never had problems with it.

slackerwithin #14 Posted January 16, 2011 (edited) Thanks for all the info everyone. I'm just going to go for it,Hope it works out ok. I'll let everyone know when I get it. I'll test the save feature as well. Wish Retrozone made a TG-16 or N64 flash device. See what happens. Thanks again.
