Super Action Controller Keypad not working

Just got a SAC. Other than the pound (#) key the keypad doesn't work. All other controls work. I've cleaned the contacts on the PCB a couple of times. Is there a particular pin or trace I should check? It seems strange that the # works when none of the others do.

This is resolved.

 

I went back in and made sure all traces were conducting and cleaned all internal connectors.

 

The end connector was quite beat up, and there were some small shredded pieces of plastic on the end, and in the holes. I did my best to remove the debris using a small paperclip.

 

Not sure exactly what the problem was, as I just did it all at once and put it together. Everything works!
