Whats the longest time you've spent on Atariage.

I think I spent at least a few hrs. straight when I first joined.

 

It was just so much great stuff to read about and could'nt pull away.

 

I still spend alot of time here, the gf says "too much time"

I'm always on here, so probably over 6 weeks in one session.

 

Of course, that's just the computer connected, I'm generally here in the morning for half an hour, then bits and pieces during the rest of the day.

When I am at home I pretty have the computer on all the time so I look at it between doing other things. The only time I spend ages here is if I have been away or something and am catching up on posts and replying to PM's.

I'm probably on a little too much. I'm on all day at work, checking it between jobs. If I don't go out at lunch ... here I am. I have a Droid, so I often check on the way to and from work (with wife driving ), then throughout the evening off and on.

The window is usually open all day at work, but I'm only looking at it a little bit of the time -- as a sysadmin, there are lots of times where I'm waiting for something to finish, so it's during those times that I'm actually reading/posting.

It feels like all the time. Work has been very very slow for a while now, and I sit in front of a computer so I just spend all my time really checking this and that. Reading old post and such. So I would say about 9 hours a day 5 days a week I'm here.

Sysadmin's have the good life. The rest of us get our network activity monitored and would be fired pronto for such activity.

Heck I think I've been logged into Atariage pretty much constantly since 2001 and even before that..

I check in frequently, looking for news and some chatter. It's good to see the various projects moving along.

 

Longest stretch is probably a coupla hours when I was writing bB code for Ooze. Did a few long stretches, where I would have the program in one window working, and AA in the other, writing about it, asking questions, etc...

 

Usually, I hang about 10 minutes or so. Catch up on something, maybe make a post, then I move on. Sometimes, a good thread pops up, or there is something to study, and I'll be here for a while.

Probably for about nine hours when I first joined up. Everybody here is (mostly) genuinely nice and it's not a bunch of flaming, trolling pricks like on every board. I've made some great pals here and have discussed many a facet of the gaming industry. Happy to be a part of it.

I'm on and off all day, almost every day. I'm sure my longest session was several hours long: there's a lot here to read, whether it's technical information for projects or more "general interest" stuff. I'm also one of those people who's always going back to edit and "tweak" their posts, so that doesn't help.
