Atari 2600 Box Template w/ Die Line

I did a search but couldn't find anything usable. Does anyone have, or know where I can go to get, a template for an Atari 2600 box that has the die line included?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

 

EDIT: I'm looking for something I would send to a printer, not something I would print at home.

I would love to find a proper box template also. One that includes a pattern for the spacers inside the box. I assume poster paper would work for the spacer.
