Altirra 1.8 and Ultima I

Has anyone tried to play Ultima I with Altirra?

 

Ive gotten it to boot the first disk to the start screen however when I try to play the game I get dumped to a screen stating the 'Conversion House' and 'Release Date' - after about1 min I am dumped back to the start screen.

 

It appears that none of the keys work (ie, hitting 0 or 1 or 2) - they just dump to the one screen.

 

It works fine on Atari800Win.

Switch to XL kernel -- looks like there's something incompatible with the built-in HLE kernel.
