WTB: TI99 4/a Power Switch "Extender"

I am missing a power switch "extender" for one of my Texas Instrument TI99 4/a units.

 

These little guys look like this:

 

 

And, they pull right out! (Picture taken from this interesting website)

 

 

If anyone has one, loose, I would greatly appreciate getting hold of it!

 

 

Wrapped up in foam, USPS First Class, should be cheap, cheap to send.

This may be too much trouble for you, but if you have an extra switch you might be able to make a new one out of a RTV mold and a urethane casting.
